§ 302. Use of plat.

Latest version.

The transfer of, sale of, agreement to sale, or negotiation to sale land by reference to or exhibition of, or other use of a plat of a subdivision that has not been given final approval by the planning commission, signed and on file in the City Hall, Jesup, Georgia, is prohibited, and the description by metes and bounds in the instrument of transfer or other document shall not exempt the transaction from such penalties.
