§ 1-1. Designation and citation of Code.

The provisions in the following chapters and sections shall constitute and be designated as "The Code of the City of Jesup, Georgia," and may be so cited. Such code may also be known and cited as the "Code of Ordinances, City of Jesup, Georgia," or as the "Jesup City Code."
